Also keep in open minded that I am a BIG and tall man. As of now, I'm at 343 POUNDS(as of July 13) and still dieting. I started the year of 2009 at 400 and still working hard everyday. Be real nice to have both, either best friend or just friends to root for me to reach my goal to get to around 275
