Third Times a Charm Down to earth gentleman. Honest, sincere, hardworking, loyal, intelligent and humorous. A little quiet at first but I open up once I reach a certain comfort level. I find the Internet a great way to get to know each other a bit before having that first face to face meeting.

I have a variety of interests. I am never bored. I like to keep up with what is going on in the world. I look for different views. I read the newspaper every day. Spend too much time reading on the Internet. In the summer I spend a lot of time working around my 2.5 acres. Over the years I have done a lot of landscaping at the various homes I have owned. I have also served on numerous boards of different organizations over the years.

For relaxation I enjoy listening to a variety of music (pop, rock, country, r&b, jazz), watching movies, walking, exploring new places (near or far), sports occasionally (baseball and hockey) and dining out.

I have two adult children who mean a lot to me. A 19 year old son in the Air Force and a 22 year old daughter.

I would like to find someone who shares some of my interests and also possibly explore each others. In the short term I would like to find a steady relationship that we both enjoy. Eventually I would like to find that person who I want to spend the rest of my life with. But I also want to take the time to really get to know each other, our good sides and not so good.

Being able to communicate with each other, honesty, responsibility and trustworthiness are keys to a working relationship. Ideally there should be many interests in common, but it is good for each to have their own interests also and to be willing to let their partner pursue those interests.

I live in Pine Island, but work in St. Paul. I intend to move back up to the Twin Cities area in the near future, assuming I can sell my property down here.
