Looking A man's memory is bound to be a distortion of his past in accordance with his present interests and thoughts, and relating "Who" I am is likely to mirror less what I have been in the past and much more of what I have become. So with that in mind, here is a little about me, Good and Bad, this is who I am:
It's actually hard to find the right place to start... A person can be so much more than just words on a screen. I am a Single father, a brother, a friend... Beyond that, how do I define myself? It's not easy. A lot of Introspection is required, and the likely lesson that I would share is this: "You are constantly evolving, always changing."
I like to think I am a good man, friend and father, but I've made numerous mistakes in my past. I try to stay positive and look towards the future. The solution to life's problems; is life itself. I believe it was some great Philosopher that once said, "A good life is not attained by reasoning and analysis, but first of all by living." So long story short? I have HAD my failures... failed Friendships and failed Relationships, but I keep trudging along like everyone else.
I have some bad habits. I tell little white lies that can sometimes undermine my integrity, but I'm working on it. I could be a better friend to those that have been there for me in the past, and now that I am a father, I realize I could be a better son. But I will try... Like I said, life and "Self" is all about evolution. The person you are tomorrow is completely different from the person you are today. So my focus is to control that evolutionary step, to focus on becoming the man I want to be.
